I am not a big finger pointer, everyone for whatever their reason always assumes that they deserve more and more pay for doing their job. I am totally in agreement that if you work hard, it should pay off in some way. But greed has put us all in a bad situation, I'm not saying it's all in America, it's happening all over the world.
