I was reading my news headlines this morning and was surprised to find that we tax payers now own a percentage of CitiBank. I really wasn't too thrilled to hear that since it seems to be one of the institutions that I, my children and my children's children will be paying taxes to bail out for quite some time. It mystifies me that so many financial experts can mess up the handling of finances so badly. I keep hearing how tough, times are for everyone. Frankly, as of this time, my finances are relatively secure. I don't spend more than I earn, never have. Of course like every one else, I notice how much more everything costs when I go into the grocery store. I just have to be a little more careful. Maybe we should all be more careful. Don't spend more than you can afford to, is a lesson we all should have learned long ago. You can't have it all, the cars and the houses, if doing so puts you in financial straits. As a shareholder in CitiBank, maybe we should discuss the matter of giving yourself a nice big bonus like it has been said they have received. Considering the amount of arrogance exhibited by those executives who have been questioned about the money they have given themselves, maybe we need to do a little house cleaning in the executive departments. IT'S NOT WHAT YOU MAKE IT'S WHAT YOU SPEND............OLD GUY TOLD ME LONG TIME AGO PAY CASH PEOPLE .............OK YOU SAY I DON'T HAVE THE CASH FOR THAT .............WELL MAYBE YOU DON'T NEED IT , you TOEHEAD CREDIT IS BULLSHIT AND THAT IS WHY WE ARE IN THE SHIT BUCKET
